Membership Terms & Conditions
Booking
Your first treatment can be booked once your first month's payments are complete. From there, treatments are available monthly.
Term
This is a 12-month membership, billed weekly at $49.50.
Payments
If a weekly payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to process it again within a few days. Please ensure your account is up to date before booking your next treatment.
Unused Treatments
If a monthly treatment is missed, it can be carried over and two treatments may be used the following month.
Pausing or Cancelling
Members may pause or cancel their membership at any time. Please contact the clinic and we will arrange this with you.
Treatment Options
Your nurse or therapist may recommend an alternative treatment from the list if it is better suited to your skin on the day.
Transferability
This membership is not transferable to another person.
Cancellation Within the 12 Month Term
If a membership is cancelled within the 12 month period, no refund will be provided unless a credit balance remains. Any treatments received will be calculated at full price and deducted from the total amount paid. Any remaining balance will be returned to the client.
