Payments
If a weekly payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to process it again within a few days. Please ensure your account is up to date before booking your next treatment.
Pausing or Cancelling
Members may pause or cancel their membership at any time. Please contact the clinic and we will arrange this with you.
Transferability
This membership can be transferred to another person in a gift certificate form, and subscription can be cancelled.
